IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION!!
Currently our system will NOT process orders by weight. Since we have products that vary in weight compared to price a SEPARATE SHIPPING INVOICE from PayPal will be sent to you with shipping & handling charges. After your items are purchased they will be boxed and weighed then we will send the invoice. We believe in being fair for shipping charges. We are working to get this changed; please be patient.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Shipping within the United States ONLY through USPS & UPS.
Contact us by email before ordering if you need it faster or if you need overnight/2nd Day, etc. We will do our best to get it to you when you want it.
Extra charges will apply to fragile items and overnight/2nd shipping and will be billed separately from items purchased.
We all like to save money so we do our best to reuse shipping boxes, paper and packing materials as much as possible.
We would be happy to gift wrap upon request and/or enclose a dog paw gift card, free of charge. Thank you for your business!
